The origin and bulk of the buffalo herd was purchased from Thaba Tholo in 2004 with a few additions from Shambala in 2009.
The exclusively Zambian Sable herd on the farm originates from Thaba Tholo, Dries Visser and the highly rated, West Zambian herd of Mike Fischer of Silent Valley - whose entire herd was DNA tested to be Western Zambian. This diversified genetic base will ensure top quality animals to buyers in the future.
Other exotic game species are Golden Gnu, Black Impala, Golden Oryx, Roan and Livingstone Eland.
